What to check at a viewing

Pay particular attention to privacy, shared access and garden or roof rights in the rental agreement. Ask for the building charge, the protected-space location and the exact parking arrangement before comparing total costs. Visit at the hours you would normally leave and return; a daytime viewing alone may miss the conditions that matter to your routine.
