3.5 rooms · Apartment in Kikar HaMedina

Kikar HaMedina is organized around Tel Aviv’s large circular plaza. The surrounding streets became known for fashion boutiques and a distinctive ring of apartment buildings.

The neighborhood in daily life

He Be’Iyar Street forms the ring around the plaza and connects with Weizmann and Jabotinsky streets. Oscar Niemeyer participated in the square’s design alongside Israeli architects. The circular plan makes orientation especially important: apartments facing the center and those on the outward-facing side of a building have different outlooks.

What to check at a viewing

Pay particular attention to the apartment’s orientation and any work or traffic outside its windows. Ask for the building charge, the protected-space location and the exact parking arrangement before comparing total costs. Visit at the hours you would normally leave and return; a daytime viewing alone may miss the conditions that matter to your routine.
