לסקר 14, Tel Aviv

Shapira lies south of the Central Bus Station, between Mount Zion Boulevard and the Ayalon corridor. It takes its name from its founder, Meir Getzl Shapiro.

The neighborhood in daily life

Kibbutz Galuyot Street marks the southern side of Shapira, complementing the Ayalon and Mount Zion Boulevard on its eastern and western sides. The neighborhood developed outside the original center of Tel Aviv. Its position south of the bus station is important when comparing routes into the city with routes toward Jaffa.

What to check at a viewing

Pay particular attention to street access, the building entrance and the route toward your daily destinations. Ask for the building charge, the protected-space location and the exact parking arrangement before comparing total costs. Visit at the hours you would normally leave and return; a daytime viewing alone may miss the conditions that matter to your routine.
