בנימין מטודלה, Tel Aviv

Shikun Dan began as a housing project for members of the Dan transport cooperative. Its original low-rise homes helped shape this northeastern neighborhood’s street pattern.

The neighborhood in daily life

Use the neighborhood’s low-rise street pattern as a starting point for exploring the area, then walk the block around the home.

What to check at a viewing

Pay particular attention to privacy, shared access and garden or roof rights in the rental agreement. Ask for the building charge, the protected-space location and the exact parking arrangement before comparing total costs. Visit at the hours you would normally leave and return; a daytime viewing alone may miss the conditions that matter to your routine.
